Keith is a 12 year veteran of the recruitment industry. Having found a passion for talking about construction and engineering he has spent the last decade specialising in these areas. He spent his first 4 years in offshore wind and T&D, the next six in data centre and pharma construction and design. Recently he has shifted focus to the semi conductor market. He enjoys working with freelance roles due to the fast paced nature and has successfully placed contractors throughout Europe, South East Asia and Africa. He enjoys fostering long term relationships with clients so he can better understand their business allowing him to identify not only the right skills but also personality for the project.

Outside of work, Keith is a dedicated father of three. He enjoys watching Football, supporting Newcastle United but also following Bromley and Leyton Orient. A lifelong Rugby player, he can currently be found playing for Bromley RFC, preferably as hooker but can step in to play back row and centre as well. He also enjoys cycling, films, cooking and live music.
